Demetria has been helping Maine buyers and sellers in real estate for over 30 years and has developed market-leading insights for the Greater Portland Area. Demetria entered real estate after a prior career teaching high school and coaching athletics. She has two children Kyra and Aaron, and a wonderful husband Dennis who works alongside her as a teammate.

Demetria began her real estate career working for ERA where she was ranked the #1 ERA Agent in the State of Maine for 11 years and one of the top 15 ERA agents Nationally for over a decade, rankin #2 ERA agent in the United States for 7 consecutive years. 

In 2003, Demetria opened Demetria’s Team – The Real Estate Group in order to provide the most exceptional level of service possible to home Buyers and Sellers. 

With over $500 million dollars in closed sales in her Real Estate career, Demetria is a leader in the Greater Portland Market. 

Her success is due in large part to her team of dedicated licensed assistants who give clients the quality service so lacking in today's market.

Through the use of the latest internet tools and technology, Demetria's Team has been able to stay on top of the Greater Portland real estate market.

Because of her accomplishments, Demetria has been recognized in the Top 1% of Real Estate Agents in the Country. She is a national speaker and has a true passion for her industry. In 1995 Demetria was invited to join Star Power, a group of our nation's top "Realtors" committed to increasing the level of professionalism in the industry through training and education.
